I have to say, that the combination of the new knives in addition to the wire cutter really helped us cut cheese more rapidly and efficiently. We also utilize the board to serve cheese on and we are always getting asked about it! My family certainly adore it.

Overall, I'd certainly purchase another one of these if faced with the opportunity. I can't believe that we went so long without one, believing that our normal board would do it fine.
